Super comfortable and versatile.

I already had the strap with the base and like it a lot. Still, I seldom, use a tripod and when I do, I use an L-braket, so the only advantage to using the base for me, was having the strap out of the way when shooting. The disadvantage is the weight and bulk and the external zoom extending while walking so I bought the strap only and love it. It's very comfortable and remains stable and out of the way when biking, hiking and scrambling, then quickly converts to a quick access strap when I need it.

IG strikes again

IG strikes again…. It’s a horrible strap. Too short, the rubber is heavy and too thick.

We already addressed this with you privately, but we wanted to publish a reply as well in case others have a similar concern. We do have a longer version of the strap available now, which adds 7 inches to the length. And we totally understand that the rubber feels clunky, especially with smaller cameras. We are planning to come out with a more lightweight version of the LemurStrap, so we hope you'll stay tuned with us!

Finally, a better camera strap!

I started in photography in the "film" days. Never understood why they couldn't build a better camera strap.
Well, they have!! It's extremely well thought out and well made. 5 stars!
